Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by cash88, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the cash88 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 21 years of age. cash88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in alignment with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal Use: You are registering and playing solely for your own personal entertainment. Creating accounts on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of cash88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, any other registered account on the cash88 platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on the cash88 platform, voluntarily or administratively imposed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features on cash88 — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — Users must complete the registration process. The following conditions govern account creation and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account. cash88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and behavioral analytics to detect duplicate registrations. Confirmed duplicates will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. cash88 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to secure your login credentials.
4. Notification Obligation: You must notify cash88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, discover a security breach, or believe your credentials have been compromised.
5. Account Closure by User: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers will be settled before closure is finalized.
6. Account Suspension by cash88: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violation, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.

KYC Verification

cash88 is required under its international licensing conditions to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. KYC verification serves to confirm User identity, prevent underage gambling, and support anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. The following terms apply:

• Mandatory for Withdrawals: Full KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Required Documents: Standard verification requires: (a) a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP/NIK); (b) proof of current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days); (c) a selfie photograph holding the KTP clearly visible next to the User's face; and (d) where applicable, verification of the payment method used for deposits.
• Processing Time: KYC submissions are reviewed within 1 to 24 hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods, verification may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your KYC status is updated.
• Additional Requests: cash88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value accounts or accounts flagged by our fraud-detection systems.
• Refusal of Verification: Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in permanent account closure, with funds held pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cash88 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• cash88 supports deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 20.000.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on the payment channel. If a deposit is not credited within this period, you must contact support with your transaction reference number.
• cash88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges for which cash88 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be rejected and returned to the originating account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Cross-method withdrawals require written approval from the cash88 compliance team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time averages under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times during scheduled maintenance windows or public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day) may be extended.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are method-dependent and displayed at the point of request.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.
• cash88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Users will be notified if such checks are initiated.
• Winnings generated via system errors, software glitches, or clearly mis-priced odds are void and will not be paid out. cash88 reserves the right to void such wagers and adjust account balances accordingly.

Bonuses & Promotions

cash88 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Abuse of this restriction constitutes bonus fraud and will result in account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino games 15–20%; slots vary by title (50–100%); lottery and virtual sports 50%. Specific game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited without notice.
• Promotional Eligibility: Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to their own specific eligibility and participation terms published at the time of launch.
• Cash88 Right to Modify: cash88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, without incurring any obligation to Users who have not yet claimed the relevant offer.
• Irregular Play: Wagering patterns that suggest low-risk or near-zero-risk exploitation of bonus terms (including but not limited to matched betting using cash88 bonus funds) may result in bonus cancellation and winnings forfeiture.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on cash88, covering sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and all other gaming products. Product-specific rules are published separately within each game category on the Platform.

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the User, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• Odds Accuracy: cash88 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds are displayed accurately at all times. In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing — including errors resulting in odds significantly outside market norms — cash88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to User accounts.
• Sports Betting: All football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — are governed by applicable competition rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) wagers require all selections to be correct; a single void selection causes the leg to be removed and the parlay to be recalculated. Voor bola (handicap) markets apply the stated goal spread to the final score for settlement purposes.
• Lottery: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official draw outcomes as published by the relevant lottery operator. Cash88 acts solely as a betting intermediary and is not affiliated with any state lottery authority.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by Evolution Gaming or equivalent certified live studio operators. Results are final as confirmed by the studio system and are not subject to dispute on grounds of broadcast delay or stream quality.
• Disconnection Policy: Where a User disconnects during an active game round, the round will be settled according to its natural outcome. cash88 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues or device failures occurring on the User's side.

Responsible Gaming

cash88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure automatic session expiry reminders at intervals of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications display session duration and net wagering activity to help Users maintain awareness of time and money spent.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any form of mechanical assistance to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or conspiring in any form of match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any other conduct designed to corrupt the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape data from, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward cash88 staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any game in which player interaction affects outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the cash88 platform — including but not limited to the cash88 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, software code, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cash88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without the express prior written consent of cash88.

Any unauthorized use of cash88 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the User's licence and access rights, and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cash88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if cash88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of access to the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, and pandemic-related restrictions), or third-party service failures.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by banking system outages, e-wallet provider maintenance, or third-party payment processor errors.
• Any decision made by a User on the basis of information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or event results.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cash88's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their cash88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cash88 holds its international operating licence. Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. cash88 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawfully available in any specific jurisdiction.
